悼巴黎恐攻罹難者 美國政府機構下半旗

美國總統歐巴馬15日宣布，包括白宮、全美聯邦政府機構以及美國在全球的軍事和外交據點，自即日起下半旗，以表達對13日法國巴黎恐怖攻擊的罹難者的哀悼之意。

巴黎13日發生恐怖攻擊，涵蓋6個地點，共造成129人喪生，350多人受傷，是法國有史以來最嚴重的恐攻。伊斯蘭國(IS)已經宣稱主導這次攻擊行動。

為展現美國和法國團結一致的決心，歐巴馬下令，在19日日落前，美國白宮、政府部門以及海外軍事外交機構，都將下半旗。

此外，美國眾議院議長萊恩(Paul Ryan)稍早前也下令，國會山莊下半旗，向巴黎恐攻的罹難者致哀。
